Industrial Designer, Master of Arts. Katinka von der Lippe is an award-winning industrial designer with more than a decade in the green automotive sector. She spent 14 years as Head of Design at TH!NK electric vehicles, leading the development of the TH!NK City vehicles. Her latest acknowledgments range from Red Dot Design Award, nominations by Sebastian Conran to the prestigious Brit Design Award, etc. She is also Head of the Board at Norway’s National Center for Design and Architecture (DogA) and a jury member of INDEX: Design to Improve Life, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Managing Director / COO at EDAG, world largest independent vehicle engineering company. He has held a number of managerial positions at 3 other vehicle engineering companies between 1995 and 2016. From 2013 to 2016, as CEO, he was responsible for the management of a large German engineering service provider, MBtech Group. Starting from 2017, he was appointed by EDAG as the Executive Vice President for Vehicle Engineering. Since 2019, he was promoted as the Managing Director and Chief Operation Office.

Li-Chih Fu, Chinese American, who has worked in automotive design field for 30 years. Li-Chih graduated from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena USA, Transportation Design in 1990. His OEM experiences including Toyota’s CALTY Design Research, GAC-Toyota, Dongfeng Nissan and Nanjing Auto where he took Design Director post.
Beyond his professional practice, Li-Chih also devoted in car design education as head professor for Tongji University, Nanjing University of Science & Technology and Nanjing Academy of Arts. Currently focused on “Mobility Design” field at Tongji University, School of Design & Innovation.

Founder and CEO of SoCar Product Strategy Consulting, also the co-founder of EFS Consulting China. Over the past years, he has been committed to the strategy set-up and definition of automotive products and has participated in the definition of more than 80 models. His research focuses more on summarizing and developing ideas and tools for product strategy management that are suitable for Chinese domestic automotive OEMs, especially during the brand exploration period. With the deepening of the industry evolution, his research field is also expanding into the product definition methodology in the smart cars era.

As one of the top runners to commercialize intelligent driving in China, UISEE has been working with more than 20 leading partners and exploring real-world business opportunities in 50 plus scenarios. Before this journey, he was Managing Director of Intel Labs China, Intel Principal Engineer. Beijing a distinguished professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Prof. Xu’s research and development activities on high efficiency clean combustion system had won a world-wide recognition both in industry and academia. He serves as the member of editorial board of several international journals in spray and combustion field including “Proceedings of the Combustion Institute” and “Atomization and Sprays”. Based on his research on spray and combustion and his contribution to the automotive industry, he was elected as SAE fellow in 2009.
John Dinkel earned BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and is an automotive industry expert with over 40 years’ experience. His areas of expertise include engineering, journalism, testing and analysis, product development, etc.
Dinkel was Editor of Road & Track, is author of the Road & Track Illustrated Automotive Dictionary and has written three books on Mazda and a comprehensive history of Toyota. Dinkel is also a regular contributor to the SAE’s Automotive Engineering magazine and a variety of automotive magazines and websites.

Member of the Xuanyuan Award Jury from 2014-2018. Suh is the former Director (retired in 08/2013) of Autron, the electronics subsidiary of Hyundai Motors. During his tenure he presided over a number of B2B initiatives such as the E-Procurement for Hyundai and Kia. He has rich expertise in developing domestic suppliers.
